Albert Goodman has always placed emphasis on the need for technical excellence and competence, and employees are all provided with strategies for professional development and full financial support in studying for and attaining relevant specialist qualifications – this culture is evidenced by our Chartered status in our Accountancy, Tax Adviser and Financial Planning businesses. Our Directors and Associate Directors all hold advanced level qualifications, significantly in excess of the minimum standard for Financial Planners, they have also all attained Chartered and/or Certified Financial Planner status. We believe in developing our own people, so far as possible and allowing them to concentrate on developing high level knowledge in specific areas (relationship breakdown and trustee investment, for example). Our staff are all subject to regular testing of their technical competence and are required to maintain detailed Continuing Professional Development plans. Between them, members of our team hold the following professional qualifications and memberships, each of which has required them to pass a rigorous set of exams and demonstrate appropriate professional experience: Our team hold all the qualifications and registrations which are required to give fully comprehensive advice in the specialist areas of Care Fees Planning, Equity Release and Home Reversion Plans.
